Preview Questions: Program and Project Design and Development 07/29/14 This is Part 2 of our 8 part series covering the 8 competencies evaluated for the Grant Professionals Credential through the Grant Professional Certification Institute. - The first GPC exams were offered in 2007. Since 2012, the GPC exam is available through electronic testing.
